“We recently had a huge order of tiles delivered for a patio over 5 deliveries - this was fine and delivery all seemed to go smoothly until two weeks later I got an abusive telephone call from somebody who told me they had all my personal details including telephone and address as my wrapping from the tiles had been dumped in their garden presumably from the delivery driver- they would not listen to reason it was not my fault and when I spoke to Tile Mountain they pretty much passed the buck and said it was the delivery company and not their problem and I would have to make the necessary phonically to rectify the situation as they have tried with no success - the whole situation as been very un-nerving from the fact GDPR has not been followed, abusive telephone call, no rectifying of the problem and now waiting to see if the council are going to prosecute me for being the owner of the rubbish- shame on Tilemountain for not dealing with this in a more satisfactory manner would not recommend if you are worried about GDPR and threats being made from the public abut prosecution and just down right rudeness.”
