“Despite wasting the entire day waiting our slabs were not delivered . Apparently the couriers could not find space for them on the vehicle. Have been offered a small compensation from Tile Mountain and have rescheduled delivery.”
“Tiles arrived a week later than promised which meant we paid for a weeks lost Labour (we could have used another company but chose Tile mountain because they said they would come on time!). The 2nd promised date was a no show. No one rang to say delivery dates had changed so we waited in twice for no shows. They were actually say in a warehouse for a week but the original delivery company couldn’t be bothered doing 2 trips to drop them off...then when they turned up a week later the tiles were left on the pavement kerb blocking the pedestrian walk ways despite there being lots of safe room to dispatch on the actual driveway...so we wasted time moving them a couple of metres literally, because the delivery people are either lazy or not clever enough to not put them a metre further up! Imagine a wheelchair user or a Pram getting blocked & having to go on a busy road because of a stupid drop off spot! It’s a good job I had lots of help to move the tiles as I am heavily pregnant so don’t know how they expected me to move 10 pallets of tiles a 1 metre up!”
“The first time using tile Mountain and very impressed with the way they dealt with orders, to the quality and price of the outdoor tiles that were purchased, delivery arrived as informed and the pallet was totally wrapped and secure with no damage tiles, now laid and very happy with the look”
