I have had a patio and steps made from these slabs and I am thrilled with the results. The slabs look lovely, are not slippery and are easy to clean.

from ordering samples to delivery arriving was a seamless operation. I ordered a few samples to test in different weather conditions. I ordered and selected a delivery day suitable for me. unfortunately I didn't arrive home from work in time, but the palletex driver called me and kindly left where I requested. The tiles were 100% immaculate condition. nearly finished and looking forward to alfresco dinning

I have recently had garden patio laid in beton soft mid 600mm slabs . Unfortunately had to have replacement tiles x4 (which were sent promptly thank you ) I have issues with most of the slabs , despite them being laid/placed by a careful professional garden/builder, they have chipped . I am now stuck with a chipped brand new patio πŸ˜” I would also like to point out that tile mountain are not at fault , however , quality control needs addressing

No problems with the tile but we had a significant amount of broken tiles where the binding from the wrapping shattered the porcelain, considering the amount of money we spent we do t expect lots of broken tiles before we even get them opened. Tile Mountain are you going to do anything about this ?
