I ordered the tiles the day that the "Beast from the East" storm brought the most snow we'd seen in quite a few years, and I was certain that it would cause delays in me receiving the tiles. Not the case, though - Tile Mountain still managed to get the tiles to me the very next day (a shipment that weighed in excess of 400kg!).”
