“Beautiful tiles & delivered in awful , snowy weather, but on schedule! Not so easy unpacking the roadside pallet & carrying our boxes of tiles up a very icy pathway. However, it was a winter delivery & not easy for the driver to even get a parking space. Finally, the tiler came & we are so pleased with the tiles.
We have a Victorian semi & had the tiles laid from the front hall & through the kitchen.”
“Tiles were shipped & received within two days of order which i found excellent cosidering the free postage, have waited weeks from other well known tile outlets.
Quality was a little substandard with some scratches to the face & chips to edges of a few tiles. In total only 10 tiles ordered with 4 having some sort of defect.
They look great though as 2 tiles not required (worst ones) & chipped edges faced away from sight. Really happy overall.”
“I loved the tiles I received but it was such a shame that they were damaged by the delivery service, i sent an email and the damaged tiles were dispatched immediately. When received these were in a worse state than the first set and no care had been taken when handling. I reported the poor delivery service and I received a refund. I would recommend the tiles from here but definitely not the delivery via DPD”
“We used these on our bathroom floor. They are practical as well as beautiful looking. Not to cold under foot and they don’t feel as though you would slip ( use mat etc so they’re never that wet)”
