“The hauliers delivery vehicle that arrived on the agreed day was too large to gain entry, this after being advised a smaller vehicle was needed. The haulier resent the tiles next day, on the smaller vehicle we originally requested, hence the 4 star rating. Out of the 84 tiles delivered one only was damaged 25 mm off one corner, not bothered raising a request for replacing this as it can be used as a cut.”
“Ordered these tiles as they were such a good price. Delivered 2 days later but unfortunately 5 of the tiles got broke in transit. Emailed customer service with pics and they replaced them the next day free of charge.”
“I was very pleased with the quick delivery service and they are finally all down just the grout to do .I just absolutely love these tiles colour and non slip they look beautiful and lots of lovely comments .
The only thing was for the grouting I was advised 2 bags but actually need 3 bags for 30 sqm .”
