I would like to apologise you received damaged tiles on your order. We ask that any damaged tiles are reported within 48hrs of your delivery and we would be happy to issue a replacement order or a refund.
“I am very pleased with my purchase- how easy and quick it was to get sample tile, to get my full order, I opted for free delivery but asked to be called when half hour away so I didn't have to wait in all day - it worked! Tiles securely packed onto the pallet, no damages, driver was friendly and helpful. Tiles themselves are beautiful and at such a good price! Our tiler did a great job and said the tiles were easy to work with. Now we have same floor throughout downstairs- hallway, kitchen and WC.
I would definitely purchase from Tile Mountain again and recommend it to anyone.
