We encourage customers to let us know of any damage to their order within five days of delivery. We are always more than happy to issue any replacements or refunds that are required in instances such as this. We have yet to discuss this with you, but are still more than happy to help. We are sorry to see that you are unhappy with the tiles.
These tiles are not rectified so can vary slightly by a few mms within a batch. This is permitted by British Tiling Standards, due to how tiles are made, and this can be remedied during installation.
We understand, however, that you are unhappy and this is never something that we would want. We have, therefore, contacted you personally to resolve this with you.
