“All I needed was 16 tiles as bought a new house & as per usual one wall was not completely tiled ( pet hate ) so didn't need many , but sadly 4 tiles our of 16 were broken , not good , after sending photos etc you have said you will give me 50% back , which is good , but a lot of hassle which i didn't need+ , after saying when they were going to be delivered & then wasn't when someone was waiting in all day .”
