“We sent for a sample before buying which was plain black which we wanted so went ahead with purchase only to find that when they arrived that they had a concrete effect in them, really disappointed.”
We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with these tiles.
They are designed to provide that concrete look, and so we would always recommend ordering a full-size sample so that you can see the full effect of the tile. Unfortunately, our cut size samples are unable to show this for you.
