“The Imperial Ivory 600x600mm floor tile sample I received was 7mm thick instead of the advertised 9mm thickness. I have spoken to Tile Mountain twice in a polite professional attempt for them to sort it out, but no joy. A 7mm floor tile will be more prone to cracking, so not great quality!”
