I was very disappointed as you know by the emails I sent to you . Far too many almost plain white tiles. You have sent extra for which I am grateful. Perhaps you need to speak to your supplier.”
We are sorry to see that you are dissatisfied with the mix of patterns originally received. These are packed and picked randomly; however, I can see that a replacement order has been processed to provide you with more of a range of patterns as desired. “These are beautiful tiles and look subtle and classy in my refurbished bathroom. I checked the batch numbers on each box of the 26 square metres I ordered and all the tiles were the same size with no cracks or chips. I know some reviews mention a disparity in sizes but I didn’t have an issue with this. My tiler actually commented on the quality of the tiles. I used white grout on the walls and pale grey on the floor. I think the pictures speak for themselves.”
