“The tiles look good and are a great price, but they are not rectified and my tiler had a hard time getting them in a straight line as they are all slightly different sizes. He said some were bowed as well. I guess you get what you pay for!
It took 3 deliveries to get enough tiles that were free from damage to do the job.
The overall effect of the room is good, you just shouldn’t look too closely at the join angles!!”
We are very sorry to see that you have experienced some problems with your deliveries and during installation.
We do expect our courier to take care with our orders; however, due to the nature of the goods, in some small instances, damage can occur. We are sorry, however, for the inconvenience that this has caused.
For non-rectified tiles, we would always advise installing them with a grout joint of at least 3mm to account for any small differences in calibration.
