“Tiles are brilliant and look a lot more expensive than they were. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about delivery. I paid extra to have a two hour delivery slot and had arranged for a friend to come at the allocated time to help me carry the tiles inside as I am a single woman. The delivery driver arrived 50mins early and was exceptionally rude, he said that he had a vast number of drops to do and that no one was likely to steal them. Consequently I ended up carrying them all inside myself and cancelling my friend.”
