“Poor customer service booked delivery for Wednesday, rang at 4pm as tiles hadn't turned up, was told definitely out for delivery today. Didnt turn up....rang next day promised a call back that day, again didnt happen. Rang following day (Friday) and asked for a manager (Jodie) who said decorative tiles out of stock, disappointed but stuck with plain tiles in order to finish bathroom as already put tiler off due to non delivery. Thanks to Jodie tiles came following Monday at 8.20am which restored my faith a little.”
