We are sorry to see that you are dissatisfied with the tiles that you have received. Had we been made aware of this issue prior to installation we would have been able to rectify this. Once installed, this does limit what we can do to assist; however, please do give us a call if you wish to report this. With regards to your adhesifve, we can see that we have supplied the amount ordered. The amount of adhesive needed does depend upon the thickness of the adhesive bed, but we are sorry to see that you did not have enough adhesive to complete the job and if this inconvenienced you.

Disappointed in the quality as you could see on quite a few of the tiles where the transfer had not gone to the edge of the tile , also a number of the tiles had no effect on the them (plain white tiles) due to this 8 tiles were waisted and to order another box which delayed the bathroom by a week.”
