“The tiles are great quality and very easy to install especially for someone like myself who has never installed these before, the delivery service is not great considering the price, the boxes arrived wet and the delivery guy parked a mile up the road and then expected me to carry them back to my property and it was not delivered to the road side I had to carry and lift them off the van even had to provide the Stanley knife to cut the plastic packaging given the level of delivery services out there which is generally free pretty shocking when your paying £40 Im just lucky I bought the tiles on offer but will not be making any further purchases because of this. They also kept trying to deliver 6 massive bags of grout which I never ordered then had two days of delivery guys ringing off my phone demanding I come and collect it all in all pretty stressful experience”
“I was very disappointed when I received the tile as while I was choosing these tiles I asked the sales girl where they are from and she told me it is from Spain. But upon collection it was made in India.
That was a letdown for the price I paid.”
“The tiles came on time. However, they sent me tiles of inconsistent appearance (suspect it is from 2 different batches though I really don't understand why) despite of the fact I made a single order of the same product! Wrote to customer service but no reply...very sad”
We are very sorry to see that you are unhappy with the tiles you have received.
We would never intentionally send mixed batches, but do always advise customers checking their order over prior to starting their installation, so that we can rectify any errors that have been made.

“Tile with good quality, gowever the shadow looka doffrent in real life colour (more cold, smoky). I was looking for something warmer. This is the point where I think ordering a samples are the best idea ever. One picture in warm light and one in natural light.”

“They are slate grey with a weird wax Sheen pattern that is very hard to remove , they also have a manufacturing fault that you will notice if you grout with white , small holes in the glaze ingest tiny white pieces that are impossible to remove , we used a permanent black marker to fill in , they are ok as long as you know this”
“Nice price packing was a small pallet with a clingfilm rap & you had to check all goods before driver left now what driver is going to wait while you check all your tiles none of them . Found 4 broken ones & cost me £22 to replace”
