The tiles are different sizes, over 20% damaged, the customer services is even worse! Naturally it is only my opinion however, it would be more beneficial to go to a reputable organisation, where they value their customers. Abound these stack them high and sell cheap organisations as you are not receiving value for money!

We can see that replacements have been sent for the unusable tiles and that this issue has now been resolved. Tiles are good, and value for money. however, Tile Mountain missed the count which caused a huge delay in finishing our work and caused more money. Can't rate more than 3 as it's not near to go and collect when such a simple thing is missing. The Delivery pallet will be left and no signature or count will be done on delivery.

Beautiful tiles however after paying £26.99 delivery charge for only 16 tiles and over half of these arrived smashed & unusable I wasn’t best pleased. After completing a complaint form tile mountain did swiftly send another 8 for the next day. Happy with the outcome of my husbands work and the tile finish.

Look great and went down well. Our builder was impressed with the quality. 94 m2 and only a couple of damage ones. But they are so hard to clean ! Jet wash doesn’t shift the grass and mud stains . Help!

The delivery keeps get delayed without any notification , for 3 days in row my job got delayed which effect my work,cost more money that all delivery costs ,and my client was not happy with last minute notification from me that didn’t arrive all this days. They told me they can give me 10 £ on return . But they have to be more responsible about delivering on time. I know you hired a delivery company but that doesn’t have to do anything with me.

There was 2 broken tiles arrived. The tiles wasn’t very straight and cut in equal sizes that’s why we had to go for a brick pattern so it wasn’t noticeable. Overall it looks good and we are satisfied with the quality.

I give you two star because the tiles size isue all tilles have defferent size like one small size one big size I think grade c tille. it's heard to line up. I didn't recommend to buy it.
