“I have tiled many floors over 40 years.Out of 64 tiles 7 were bowed,that is slightly domed in the centre.I would describe these tiles as Spanish factory seconds.At a cost of £550 this is apalling.I have only managed to finish the floor by hiding the duff tiles under units.Never had this happen to me before.I`m left with no spares.”

We would always advise customers to contact us with any problems or concerns prior to starting the installation, as this gives us a chance to resolve the issue. I cannot see, however, that we have been informed of this problem until now.

“I ordered these tiles after receiving a sample, they arrived on time and communication was perfect.
The tiles were as expected, they look amazing!
However, my tiler was not impressed with the quality, he said they were not all straight and some tiles were bent so the job took much longer.
Also, we had to order additional tiles and when I received them they were the wrong batch number and 3-4mm shorter. I called Tile Mountain and they sent another package the next day, but again they were the wrong batch!! I had to continue with the wrong batch as it’s our only bathroom and my tiler had another job.
Overall, the tiles look fantastic for the price.”
We would always advise having everything required to complete a project on one order, as we are not always able to match a batch due to how quickly we can move through them. We are, however, sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused.
“Happy with the tiles themselves but the quantity calculator is inaccurate.
I ordered the suggested amount for our measurements, along with the extra 7%, but am at least 14 tiles short.
Customer Services could not help and suggested I visit a store, none of which I live anywhere near, so this has left me having to place another smaller order with a £27 delivery cost.
We have also had to pay our tiler another day's wages as he couldn't complete the job, owing to running out of tiles.
Not pleased.”

This is based on the average number of wastage needed for this particular tile, and this can vary depending on the number of cuts that need to be made, for example. As per our terms and conditions, it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have enough materials to complete their project without delays.
