We apologise that you are unhappy with the service you have received. In regards to the delivery service offered, we give the option for customers to notify us of restricted addresses when placing the order so we are able to accommodate this on the day of delivery. This is not extended and does not differ from the couriers' standard Kerbside service. We expect the couriers to make you aware of any delays on the day o delivery and understand this was not the case in this instance. As we employ a third-party courier the depots who deliver the goods are outsourced, If we are made aware a specific depot does not have a suitable vehicle we would then look for alternative options, we are sorry this did not happen. In regards to the out-of-stock items, we understand due to an internal stock error this was unable to be dispatched alongside the tile order and apologise that when the order cancellation was requested this was not actioned. “Up until I received the tiles, I've been happy with the process. Got free samples quickly and ordered in plenty of time for the work to be done. 4 pallets arrived, and very heavy tiles. I live on my own. I only had 5 days to check the tiles. I couldn't even pick up one tile let alone check all the pallets. I asked for longer so that the Tiler could check them for me - there was no leeway at all. So make sure you have someone else to help you to check the tiles for breakages.”

“Nice looking tiles.Would use them again.The rating is for the damaged tiles.
The boxes had many broken tiles.In total were broken 16 tiles out of 165.Almost 10%.I had allowed extra so I managed to finish the project.”
