“Tiler opened tiles 5 where broken and some was scratches reported this they asked for photos sent them not heard anything for a week now tiler as gone and I’m short tiles in corner of our laundry room will cost to get him back out”
We apologise that you have received damage to your order. We employ a third-party courier to make our deliveries and expect them to treat the goods with care prior to delivery. I have looked into this for you and can not see we have been made aware of this previously. If you could please contact our customer service team we would be happy to look into this for you.
“I initially asked for a sample tile to see, this arrived promptly, much quicker than samples from other firms.
I then ordered 15 square metres of the tiles which arrived promptly.When the builders started to lay the tiles a large amount were broken. As they are still in the process of laying the tiles we do not know what
percentage are broken and whether we have enough to completed the job. This will be very annoying if there are not enough as I ordered extra to cover for breakages.
On reflection I would not buy from this firm again”

We are always happy to replace any tiles that have arrived broken providing they have been reported within the claim period specified. “Can't really comment on the tiles as have yet to receive them (even though they were in stock when I ordered). No idea when I will get them, been over two weeks so far and not expecting them for at least another 3 weeks. Would have cancelled the order if I was in a rush and could find a suitable alternative etc”
