“Nice tiles however a lot of them came chipped and 2 of the tiles at the bottom of the pallet were completely shattered. I spent over £2600 on the tiles and they wouldn’t refund me for these 2 tiles as I didn’t send them proof before 48hrs which is ridiculous as they got delivered on a bank holiday Friday.. I took pictures and sent them to the customer service with the time stamps yet they wernt interested at all.
I own a tiling company and used to send my customers here on a weekly basis however I’m now sending them to walls and floors as they actually care about their customers.
The tiles are cheap from this company but just prey you have no issues otherwise you’ll just be wasting your time.”

“Tiles look nice so far.
Very awkward with delivery: builders work until 430-5, and this came at 6 which meant travelling to the delivery site and also having to leave outside despite being expensive. Deliveries should either be before 5 or give an option to book mornings.
Also given nature of building work, it's unreasonable to demand inspection of all tiles upon receipt, especially when you have ordered a whole house's worth.”

“After being bombarded with "review" requests for these simple white metro tiles, here goes. Overall, as tiles go, these are lovely and modern. However, I must say that a pallet delivery from Tile Mountain (although expensive) proved a better option than the DPD delivery for one box (we only needed a few more tiles to finish the tiling on one wall) – the whole box minus a couple of tiles were absolutely smashed to pieces. Beware. My 3-star review reflects my overall experience with Tile Mountain – the tiles are lovely but choose the amount wisely as a smaller load may mean a wasted delivery.”
