We do apologise that there were damages to your order. This is not what we would expect for our customers. We do try to ensure that orders are packaged in a way to avoid any damages. As soon as we have been notified of any damages, we would rectify this as soon as possible.
We do try to provide an accurate representation of the tile when we provide samples. However, on tiles where the pattern is quite sparse, we cannot always guarantee a full pattern on the sample that is provided. We do offer a full-size sample on this tile which also comes with free shipping. This would show all of the patterns on the tile.
We do apologise if you have received the wrong sample. We would not expect customers to receive an incorrect order and we are sorry that on this occasion there appears to have been a mistake. As soon as we have been notified we would be more than happy to issue a replacement.
We do try to ensure that customers receive their orders on the requested date. If an order has not been received by a customer, once we have been notified of this then we would be able to look into this and rectify the problem as soon as possible.

We do try to keep our images on the website up to date and to show the product as accurately as possible.
