I FINALLY CANCELLED MY ORDER, RE-ORDERED FROM THE SISTER COMPANY AND GOT THEM THE NEXT DAY, ALL BE IT A FAMILY MEMBER COLLECTING FROM STOKE ON TRENT FOR ME. THE ONLY BATHROOM IN A SMALL FLAT, THE CUSTOMER STAYED WITH FAMILY WHILST THE WORK WAS BEING COMPLETED, IT PUT ME A WEEK BEHIND WHICH HAS A KNOCK ON EFFECT. IT ALL FALLS ON DEAF EARS, I KNOW IT'S THE COURIER COMPANY, BUT IT'S THE COURIER COMPANY YOU USE AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TRACK YOUR DELIVERERS AND AT LEAST GIVE CUSTOMERS THE CORRECT REASON WHY, COMMUNICATION IS NOT A DIRTY WORD.”
We are very sorry for the delay with this order in transit and for any inconvenience that this may have caused. We do use a third-party courier and so do rely on them to provide updates on deliveries, but are sorry to see that this has not happened in this instance. We can see that this order has now been cancelled and refunded, but please do give a member of our customer service team a call should you wish to discuss this further.

We are sorry that you have received damage to your order. We palletize and wrap the goods to avoid damage however on instances when damage occurs we do look to rectify any damage. If you could please contact our customer service team we would be happy to look to resolve this for you promptly.
