“Ordered and delivery was arranged for 2 days later (yay!). The order didn’t arrive on the day and despite a couple of phone calls chasing it, it then turned out that the courier said it was delivered and signed themselves which was a blatant lie. I have then had to chase the refund since with TM helpfully saying that once the return was received I would get it but nothing so far (surprise!). I have now asked the bank to get involved so I can get a refund for something that was never delivered. Really poor and no one seemed to care about the inconvenience of finding replacement in the middle of the project. It was all a bit “computer says no” from TM.”

“1.5 days late, which essentially is 2 days late when you're paying workmen. Then, poor quality on a massive amount of tiles.
Had to reorder replacements, tiles still not up to scratch but had no choice but to use them as out of time in terms of opening my business and not having to wait to try and book in workmen again.
Awful for close to £700 worth of tiles for a 20sqM Bathroom. Won't ever use again.”

“Tiles arrived damaged and some were sizes I didn’t want.
New tiles are being sent to me but the wrong size tiles I have to return myself which will probably cost more than the tiles are worth.”

We do not have a returns service as such, so we do advise in our returns policy that returns do have to be arranged by the customer. We are sorry if this was not something that you were aware of.

“Terrible company, tiles arrived late and so many of them were damage in transit that we could use them for the job. Then when we tried to return them and get our money back that was a long-winded process too and they started by offering us just 50% refund. I would avoid Tile Mountain entirely.”
