“Great tiles but a number came broken. Fortunately we decided to do a smaller area so the broken tiles didn’t matter.
The tile quality was excellent I am really surprised some broke because they were very difficult to cut!!!”
“Came very quickly but the bottom two layers were broken, bubbles in the bubble wrap had burst..
Also the colour was milky coffee rather than cream, but they look OK”
“A lot of tiles were broken so refused to accept delivery I guess it was couriers fault not Tile Mountain.
To be fair, replacements were sent immediately and were great.”

“I ordered more tiles as I under ordered a with my first order, however it took 3 delivery attempts before I received my order! First lot were broken by the courier, second lot lost also supposedly by the courier, finally received the order on 3rd attempt. Does not make up for the cost of the tiler who got stood down because of non delivery - tile mountain were not interested in paying compo.”
“The tiles we brought were really good quality but upon opening the pallet, we found a complete pack was smashed to bits. I suppose these things happen but when they’ve gone to do much trouble to plaster fragile all over them it left me disappointed. The tiles themselves are superb & great value for money”
