“As soon as the worksmen opened the packages, there was chips on quite a few of the tiles on the edges. Had to get the workers to fill them in with white cement. Very disappointing”
“As pictured on Tile Mountain the flooring looks the part but the manufacturing process for the LVT isn't great. First two boxes received dusty inside and with chunks taken out of the fixed underlay. The two boxes were replaced and some out of the second boxes had impefections in the surface of the flooring straight out of the box. A real shame and the flooring looks amazing but the quality should and could be better. The flooring does appear strong and rigid but only time will tell how this flooring performs based on how the item was received.”

“All the 30 tiles we had were bowed, raised in the middle. When we sent the pictures to the store they said its normal and can be expected.
This has spoiled our bathroom look as none of the tiles sit flat on the wall.”
“Received a sample of this tile then made a 3 hour journey to showroom to buy them (we live in Wales)
On arrival we couldn't find them in store and no one was interested despite the fact we were the only customers, we asked for the tiles to be told "I don't know why they sent you the sample cos those tiles are discontinued " No alternatives offered or asked about what we are doing ( a new build whole house!)
so we left and will go to Ceramic tile Wharehouse in Cardiff, super service and choice”
“There should be an option to allocate zero stars because this is what Tile Mountain and its army of staff deserve. I will NEVER use this company again. After wasting a great deal of my time, my order was cancelled in the end. In summary, the sample I was sent was removed from the website because they said it was out of stock (why send samples of low stock in the first place?). I decided to call and was told that it was indeed in stock BUT I HAD to pay by bank transfer. Very sneaky of them and though I was hesitant, I agreed and made the transfer. I was told the delivery will be made in a small van on a next day service but of course this wasn’t the case. There is zero communication amongst staff members. One says something and then someone else will say the complete opposite. After I was told that my delivery would be made the next day, another member of staff called and said that it couldn’t and that it will be made two days after. Then someone else called to say they actually don’t have the stock at all and they need to cancel the order. Going round in circles for an entire morning, after taking my payment. These people need to be properly trained, they don’t communicate and they don’t know what their own policies are. Meanwhile a company like Nustone has first class staff who know exactly what they are talking about, I would suggest that Tile Mountain send their army of staff to be trained by Nustone.”
“Spoke to Tile Mountain advisor , Advised the reason we are requested a SAMPLE is to understand the Grains Design and colour ..Sadly the Sample received 10cm*10cm HAD no grains.. was just white. Unlike Tile Mountain other competators Like UK Flooring Direct & many more offer sample size of 10cm *30cm ; allow us to purchase 1 tile.. That Help us to review and make decission to purchase.. Purchased 74sqm recently with UK Flooring Direct 3 months ago ..Despite Prices Competative , with Tile Mountain I would wonder how any could make any decission with such a tiny sample piece where you do not get answer for anything.
If the TILE MOUNTAIN needs to stay in competation or Business.. it needs to review SamplePiece Size or allow to purchase 1 tile or half tiles.”
