“Quick delivery but very expensive 3-4 tiles slightly damaged as box was open was advised to send picture to customer services but haven't yet as weight not need all of them”
“Tile Mountain appears to be a very good company with great customer service but let down by using a very poor courier, UK Mail who do not retain items if undeliverable and attempt to state a customer has received goods and signed for them when they have actually not even been present at the address. This courier also changed their position stating they had left the items in a garage which was a lie as the garage was locked! They had even stated on a delivery card it was left in a garage/ porch! House doesn't have a porch and none of my neighbours had received the parcel. For this issue I wouldn't be able to recommend your company which is a great shame.”
