“Product is great, delivery was on time, but having over ordered was informed if returned within 14 days it should be fine. Only now to be to told if we return all 90 they would be fully refunded. But because we want to return only 12 they said no. Don’t understand why they would be prepared to refund much more than we are requesting. Still fully packed and undisturbed.”
“Waited 8 weeks for the tiles to get delivered when ordered mid February to receive by end of February, never received untill mid April, lack of poor service and delivery but tiles are fantastic.”
“Tiles are fine, just don’t expect any help from the delivery driver. The guy didn’t even have a trolley so together we dragged the palettes up the street from where he’d parked and then left me to take them upstairs by myself.”

“Ordered these tiles from Tile mountains cream/ beige/ ivory section and I have to admit these tiles are clearly grey. I’m a bathroom fitter my trade, and have used tile/ bathroom mountain for years. My customer refused them, and I had to reorder more tiles/ more delivery cost. And I’ve lost a day and a half pay.
To add I’ve got to return the tiles to stoke myself or pay £40 courier to get my refund. Customer service very unprofessional/ unhelpful. Basically said tell your customer to sort the issue out. I’m seeking reputation and look after my customers. Unlike big tile/ bathroom companies
