“Having filled in the order online and chosen my delivery day (having booked the day off work) and paid £40 for the delivery, the delivery didnt turn up on the day promised.
I was contacted by the delivery company the next day saying they were at the end of my road (i was now at work) my wife was able to leave work to go home for the delivery.
The delivery driver was in an 18 tonne lorry even though i had noted on my delivery instructions that a small lorry would be required to get up our one way road. My wife had to take delivery of all the tiles and use the boot of her mini to 'deliver' our tiles.
Absolutely awful from start to finish!!”

“We really loved the 1920s look of these wonderful porcelain tiles. Very easy to cut and look amazing when laid. We elected for grey grout which really livens our bathroom now. Highly recommend Tile Mountain, delivery was seem-less.”

The “4 in 1” tiles are less time expensive to lay but can be tricky to cut as there’s a fake grout line that acts as a break point but as i didn’t need to make many cuts this wasn’t an issue.”
