These tiles are a glazed porcelain, so the colour will not run all the way through the tile.
We would always advise customers let us know of any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we would be happy to replace or refund any damaged items. If you wanted us to look into this further for you, please email us at customer.service@tilemountain.co.uk as soon as possible, with some images of the damage and the batch number that is on the boxes.
