“Ordered slabs delivered when said brilliant quality and a lot cheaper than quotes we had from other places .. previous purchased bathroom tiles also they are good quality too”
“I purchased the above tiles, I had issues with delivery due to my instructions not being read when ordering ,the delivery itself took a while to arrive with communication back & forth, eventually my tiles were delivered & I had 24 hours to inspect them, this wasn’t possible due to it being nearly 4 tons of tiles & again due to lack of communication I wasn’t there to see them unloaded, upon laying half of them afew days later I now have over 10% damaged, I’ve checked my CCTV & you can see the delivery driver not being careful while unloading them, the tiles themselves are good but unfortunately my experience of ordering from the company wasn’t.”
