“We ordered samples and they arrived swiftly. The tiles we ordered arrived two days after the order was made and they were expertly packaged. On inspection we found that one of the tiles was cracked. I photographed the tile and contacted customer services that evening. The following morning they informed me that they would send out a replacement tile and this arrived the next day.
Excellent customer service and a great product. The tiles look amazing now the are installed.”
