“Called to check they can leave the tiles by the front door as the property is a flat, to which they said yes. Ordered the tiles and then get an email saying it’s only curb side delivery. So basically tiles are being left on the street, how they expect me to move all these tiles by myself I have no idea!! Never had this with a tile company before, never using them again”

Our kerbside delivery ensures goods are offloaded at the safest point on the kerb, as close to your property as possible. However, for insurance reasons, the drivers are unable to bring items onto or into your property. We do, however, offer assisted delivery options if the standard service doesn’t meet your needs.
