“I purchased some tiles but two packages were broken. Tile mountain said that if I am able to use the two broken packages as cuts/trims they will refund me 50%. I phoned and emailed them few times but haven’t seen any response from them. I have been to the store and online team but still haven’t sorted it.”
We are very sorry if we have not gotten back to you in this regard. Unfortunately, we cannot see that any correspondence has reached us from yourself.
That said, if you do want to return to the store you purchased the tiles from, they will be able to issue a refund back to your card for the damages.
