“Love these tiles, was unsure ordering off the Internet even though I got a sample first but so pleased I did. I love how the light catches the different tones of the tiles.
I have got some boxes left over due to getting measurements slightly wrong, it is a shame that unused boxes are not able to be refunded. However I am very haply with the finished look.”
“Beautiful pale green tiles. I used the tiles in the bathroom wall. It gives a clean & fresh impression. It’s shinny and glass-like on the surface. I love them.
The delivery wasn’t smooth. The products weren’t delivered on the day of delivery. I called the customer service many times but didn’t get any update. On the following day I kept calling again then all of a sudden a delivery guy turned up at the door in the afternoon. The customer service left a voice mail of delivery notice on my mobile at the same time… i didn’t like the experience therefore a 4 star rating.
The products were packed professionally. Only 5 out of 1000 tiles were broken, they were delivered on a rainy day so about 1/3 were wet.”
We are very sorry to see that there has been a delay with your delivery. We do use a third-party courier and so do rely on them for updates on deliveries. We are very sorry that in this instance we have not been able to provide any accurate updates, and have refunded your delivery charge to apologise further.
