“First off, the look of the tiles is amazing, no contest, they look like real marble and are nice and shiny and beautiful and the price is pretty decent too, hence the two stars.
Now to the downsides. 3 of the packs arrived smashed, at least 20 tiles, but I only took a picture of two of the smashed boxes, and customer service could only count 8 broken tiles there (even though there were 14 in the picture and more in the third box, that I didn't get a picture of), so I only got 8 replacement tiles. By the time they told me this, of course I had already used up what I could of the broken tiles and thrown the rest of them away, so I couldn't take more pictures. Because of this, I had to change my plan, as I was short on tiles in the end (by 4 bloody tiles as well!) and now my window had to be done with different tiles that I still had left, and the doorway coming in has a plastered ceiling instead of a tiled one.
Second issue was that EVERY SINGLE TILE was warped. They all just had the slightest curve in the middle, which meant you couldn't line them up flat, no matter how hard you tried.
So while the tiles look nice on first glance now, on closer inspection my entire bathroom has lippy grout lines and my window is a mishmash of tiles that I had left over, instead of a sleek, nice finish that I had planned.
Overall very disappointing.”
