“I do love the tiles they look fantastic up . My order came I box was completely broken I got in touch you gave me a new box straight away . Another box was broken I had to go to stoke on Trent from Liverpool because they were getting Discontinued. Got them home and five of them are broken. I am not a happy customer.”
We apologise that your items arrived damaged, we aim to package the goods to avoid any damage whilst with our couriers.
We are always happy to replace any damage reported to us within the claims period. I can not see we have been notified of this.
