“I ordered these tiles due to the quick delivery time and value for money. I was hoping to complete my bathroom before Christmas and so placed an order with delivery due on Monday 20th December. Today is Thursday the 23rd and still no Tiles, I have been chasing and calling and have never experienced some poor customer service. The office has no idea where my tiles are nor can they ask the courier service. I explained that without these tiles I can not complete my bathroom before Christmas and so I and the children will have no bathroom. I will never use Tiles mountain again and they are a fraud who takes your money and give you nothing in return. DO NOT ORDER TILES FROM TILE MOUNTAIN!”
