“We have these tiles in our kitchen and have now bought them for our patio. I like the tiles, the size and colour is great. I love the fact we have been able to use them outside as it looks really impressive. My only problem with them is they hold every single bit of dirt and they do not stay clean for long. My tiles don’t look grey anymore, they now look beige even though I wash the floor every week and steam it! Don’t have this floor if you like your house to look clean, and you don’t want the colour to change as they’re the Bain of my life!!! Also the new batch we have ordered are millimetres bigger than the last batch, so half of our patio is slightly off as they’re bigger, but it still looks fab.”

To reassure you, from the information provided, it sounds like this should be an easy fix with the correct cleaning solutions; however, if you can send some images we can look into this further.
In terms of the batch differences you have - Tiles can vary from batch to batch in terms of shade, calibration, etc, as manufacturers are unable to guarantee the exact same conditions in the kiln for every firing. This is recognised and accepted by British Standards provided any variation falls within strict tolerance levels. However, when tiles from different batches are placed next to each other, this variation may be noticeable. We are unable to guarantee matching batches from order to order, so do always advise ordering everything you need together to prevent batch differences. However, we are sorry if you were unaware of this until now.
