“Tiles that I ordered were delivered promptly.
However on checking, I found that half of the tiles were damaged, thus delaying the project.
Contacted Tiles Mountain who apologised for the inconvenience caused and offered to replace the damaged tiles without any quibble whatsoever.
All in all a very good service and product just spoiled by the delay caused by broken tiles.
Would certainly use Tile Mountain again.
I accept that Damages can occur in transit; it's how the issue is dealt with by the company that really matters.
