“Tiles are very good for the price and look great. However as you do I have ordered Extra tiles to make sure didn't run out during installation. Once installation finished realized order a little bit too many (8 boxes extra-£150). Phoned costumer service to ask if these could be returned and said no. They only accept a return of the full order! Which is a pain for these situations when you actually have to always order more to avoid run out.”
