“Very happy with the colour, not the best porcelain but I guess I should have chosen a more expensive ones.
A bit disappointed as the tile installer showed me the tiles are not really straight ..so in some point the grout in between the tiles will be slightly smaller or bigger.
Overall not bad.”
We are very sorry to see that you experienced some problems when installing the tiles.
We would always advise customers to let us know of any issues as soon as they become apparent so that we can rectify them accordingly. We cannot see that we have been notified of this until now. Whilst we would now be more limited in what we can do to assist, we have reached out to you via email to discuss this further.
