“Really lovely tiles, great price (cheaper than the same tiles on other sites). They did advise me that it is kerbside delivery only but the person delivering helped by getting them as close to the garage as possible. Was very relieved at this as it was a difficult job moving them even a metre away. I appreciate the insurance issue but I really think places like this should give their delivery partners insurance and equipment to get good inside the house as it would have been impossible without my brothers help. Anyway, we love the tiles. They look great now laid by a skilled tradesperson.”

“The tiles were great quality and delivered in pristine condition, unfortunately they delivered 140 600x600 tiles to my house address instead of the site address that was put on the notes.
After speaking to, three very pleasant customer service representatives that all assured me the problem had been resolved with the delivery company and received email confirmation that it was so my tiles were still sat at the wrong address 6 days later.
We subsequently moved them ourselves.”
