“The tiles themselves are really lovely, beware tho they are not quite 6 x 6, more 5.9 x 5.9!! The sales team at Tile Mountain are really good too, helpful and friendly. The delivery however..... I think I was one of the lucky ones, I only waited in 3 times for these to arrive, other people seem to have waited much longer. The first time they just didn't turn up, no phone call nothing. I called them the following day only to be told they ran out of time and would be delivered that day. Again I waited and again they didn't turn up. I called again and was told that the lorry was too big to fit into my town! Seriously pathetic excuse. After a bit of arguing, my tiles arrived early the next morning. They were worth the wait as they are very nice good quality tiles. However my advice, don't book your builder until you have your order.”
