“Tiles look fine but it was such a faff to get them that I wouldn't recommend tile mountain. Delayed deliveries and poor communication
Oh and I had asked for a certain batch code as I wad matching to a previous delivery however I was told that it would delay the delivery even further if anyone would call me back to confirm. Was it the same batch... of cause not. But it would have been nice ( or just basic) customer service to let me know that someone tried... which I doubt..”

We employ a third-party courier to complete all our deliveries and apologise if you did not receive information regarding the delay. In regards to the batch information, we are always happy to investigate to see if we have the same batch however this does require contact with our warehouse and can not be done immediately, I am sorry.
