“Our delivery had a few chipped slabs.we notified tile mountain within 48 hours.They allowed us a few extra days to have more idea how many porcelain slabs required.The weather was not making it very easy for us .
We sent some photos ,emails were answered straight away and order now placed to replace them.We are very happy and allows us to complete the work.Our client is very happy.

“We recently purchased the Icarus Grey porcelain tiles to create our new patio and pathway. After ordering a few different free samples to choose from, we then went on to purchase a full size tile in our preferred colour/finish. From start to end the service was excellent with very fast delivery and we were pleased with how reasonably priced the tiles were. “So the icarus tile arrived and out of 10square meter two tiles had been broke when arrived. Fitted and this was more difficult than first thought as they aren’t 600 square. They are 592 and when bought with hard blue to form a pattern made it so difficult to install and cuts were needed.
The tiles cleaned up after grouting but the next day looked like grimy and dirty and wouldn’t clean up. Tilemountain said use dextrex another extra cost which did clean the tiles and they haven’t marked since but this needs to be factored into your buying cost as a extra. It is defo needed.
Overall the tiles together look great though just better information needed from tilemountain about size and after care.”
