“Quality tiles that were shipped within 24hrs. The tiles are exactly as the online photo, wrapped individually in cardboard sleeves for transit. The delivery driver didn't contact us before delivery, which he should have given the shipping details on the website. A problem with the courier rather than TM, as on ordering TM requested and gave appropriate details for this to happen. Staff were very helpful before purchase, regarding samples, prices, etc. I did find that chatting live online was far quicker than getting a reply to an email. We've subsequently ordered wall tiles, experiencing the same high standard as detailed above.”

We had our turf relaid at the same time and we have been unable to get the tiles to be clean. We've tried all sorts but have been left with brownish stains all over. Wish we had used a sealing treatment to try and help keep them clean.”
