“The tiles are a pretty colour and shape but are inconsistent - some didn't seem to have as much glaze so are a slightly different shade of green and a more matt finish - make sure you check them all before laying them. A bit of glaze also chipped off the surface of one whilst grouting so we are having to replace that tile and regrout that area.”
We apologise that you are unhappy with the products you have received. We would not expect a variation in the glaze and expect the tiles to be the same colour. If you would like to forward images to our customer service team they would be happy to investigate this further.
