“Great service and fantastic price for tiles we ordered. Ordered and was given a choice of delivery dates which meet our needs. Only issue was the pallet truck couldn’t get over the concrete weather bar of the garage floor (20mm) so had to break the pallet down and hand ball the packs of tiles into the garage and re-stack them.
The packs of 4 tiles were band wrapped together in packs 3 and when we removed the wraps the edges of the individual packs opened as they were all stuck together. This made it tricker to move them.
Would have knocked off a star ⭐️ for this but given the price was nearly half what we had been quoted by a local supplier - happy for some inconvenience.”
